I love this motel. We stayed there for the second time and it is still great value for the price. The room was very clean and the view from the private balcony is spectacular. We had breakfast at one of the picnic tables in the huge yard behind the motel. Definitely recommend this spot when staying in Rivière du Loup.
Great and helpful people at the front desk. Super easy check in and check out, they even called to ask when I was arriving to make arrangements if I were to arrive after the desk closes. The smallest rooms are in their own little hut with a bathroom, microwave and fridge. No AC but a crack in the window did the job. It was so pleasant it's sad we were only there 1 night. You can't beat this place for price and quality!!
Very simple but very comfortable and clean for a place to stay with a view of the St Lawrence. It’s not fancy but had a Keurig and 2 towels each. Bed was comfortable enough. Fridge and microwave with a Keurig machine. I will stay here again.
Unexpected for a motel, very clean and updated. Parking is free and easy (right in front of your room) ground level. The walls are thin so you can expect to hear your neighbors but we didn’t have any issues with sleep. They have a huge lawn where your pup can roam around while you view the St-Lawrence River. Our room had a nice spacious balcony with a table and two chairs. The reception woman was super friendly ! They offer muffin and in-room coffee pods which is better than nothing, I appreciated it. Pet fee is $15/night which is reasonable. ***my partner is over 6ft and kept knocking his head on the chandelier, beware ***
These small private units are perfect. We had a cabin with no kitchen and it still had a fridge, microwave and coffee maker. We brought our two little dogs, and I was surprised by the total cleanliness of this cabin. The absolute perfect spot between Ontario and Nova Scotia and very reasonable! Highly recommend.
Stayed here one night on our way to the east coast. Our room was spotless, and bed bug free. The view was beautiful, property is well maintained. Check in/out was quick/ easy. The location was great. It’s walking distance to food/grocery. And we strolled up to Rue Lafontaine where we had dinner. Would stay here again.
